Basic Process:  Skin, Backstrap, Steak, Burger 7-10 days
1/4 - Deboned, Grind 5-7 days
Grind only 1-3 days

OUR POLICIES: 10 DAYS AFTER COMPLETION NOTICE YOUR BILL SHOULD BE PAID IN FULL. WE WILL THEN STORE AT NO CHARGE FOR 10 MORE DAYS. AFTER THAT, STORAGE CHARGES WILL ACCRUE AT $1.00 PER DAY. HOWEVER, IF PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR WITHIN 30 DAYS OF COMPLETION NOTICE, IT MAY BE SOLD FOR CHARGES DUE.
